30-day returns
Not satisfied? Return any part within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the condition received. Contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange the return.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong part, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send the correct part, arrange a replacement, or refund you in full — including shipping.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the buyer covers return freight. For damaged, defective, or wrong items, we cover it. Truck beds ship by freight — never send one back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once the returned part arrives and passes inspection, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Parts that arrive back damaged, installed, or modified can’t be refunded.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship.
